1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating a birth chart on, or transacting via vedictimeline.com ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. User Accounts & Accurate Birth Data

You agree to provide accurate, authentic birth information (date of birth, exact time, and geographic location). The mathematical fidelity of planetary longitudes, Ascendants, and Vimshottari Dashas depends entirely on the coordinates inputted. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Digital Products, Fees & Razorpay Payments

4. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All software code, astronomical algorithms, computational synthesizers, graphics, branding, and visual report designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Vedic Timeline. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to view, print, and store your personal astrological reports. Automated scraping, data extraction, reverse engineering, or commercial resale of blueprints is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vedic Timeline, its directors, developers, and astrologers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, astrological timelines, predictions, or gemstones/remedies recommended on the platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
