2. Cancellation Policy

However, you may abort or cancel a transaction at any time before authorizing the payment in the Razorpay checkout interface without incurring any charge.

3. Eligibility for Full Refund

We provide a 100% money-back refund under the following circumstances:

3. Incorrect Billing Amount: If the payment aggregator charged an amount greater than the published price of ₹99 or ₹399.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Birth Details Entered by User: The accuracy of planetary computations depends strictly on the exact birth date, time, and coordinates entered by the user. If incorrect birth data was inputted, you can freely edit coordinates in your Dashboard; refunds cannot be granted for user data entry errors.
• Change of Mind / Subjective Dissatisfaction: Astrological readings are subjective philosophical interpretations rooted in ancient Parashari traditions. Dissatisfaction based on personal belief or personal expectations does not qualify for a refund once the computation report has been generated.

5. Refund Processing Timeline & Method

Once your refund claim is verified by our billing team:

• Refunds are approved and initiated within 24 to 48 business hours.
• The refunded amount is credited directly back to the original payment source (e.g., source bank account via UPI, credit card, or debit card) via our payment aggregator Razorpay.
• Depending on your banking partner's clearance network, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
